"La Casa del Canal" is located in the town of Roquetes, province of Tarragona. It has a capacity to comfortably accommodate 6 people.
On the ground floor there is a living / dining room in a single space with a height of 5 meters on the ceiling and a mezzanine as a reading area. There is also a wood-burning fireplace and an open-air courtyard with natural plants and the original sink of the house’s old kitchen.
The courtyard, as the central axis of the house, gives it an exceptional warmth, brightness and serenity. On the same floor, there is a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and small appliances, as well as all the necessary utensils for 6 people.
On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms with access to the covered gallery used as a meeting point or reading area. This gallery leads to the terrace.
On the second floor you can find the third double bedroom with access to its own terrace as well. Also, on this floor, there is the second full bathroom in the house.
All 3 bedrooms have a double bed. The house has heating and air conditioning in all rooms. Smoking is not allowed indoors, and pets are not permitted.
